Aurora

Aurora arrived at Tiny Hooves Rescue in March of 2018.  She was surrendered to us by her previous caretaker because she was living alone, and they did not have the means or will to continue caring for her. Aurora had spent a long time living alone, and was a very sad horse when she arrived. We quickly showed her what endless, unconditional love is, and now she is the puppy of the herd, always following us around asking for hugs and kisses!

Prior to coming home to us, she had never been provided vet or hoof care. She had a badly infected tooth that our vet was able to remove, and treat the rest of her teeth. Our farrier also works with her hooves every 6-8 weeks. Aurora lives with Gracie and our special needs herd. She is thoroughly enjoying her friends and her retirement. We are so happy to call her a part of our family!
